The comeback of the corset

From Victorian corset to modern bustier

The corset is making a major comeback, partly thanks to hit series as The Crown and Bridgerton. These days, the corset is no longer worn in the conventional way, but layered over a white button-down or blazer, under a suit, or simply worn as a belt. While a trendy top like this might not seem like the most practical of purchases, the possibilities in looks that lie ahead are endless. As long as the look has no restricting feel and societal pressures to look a certain way. A corset in denim can even be more challenging to style, but layered over an oversized dress or T-shirts in a neutral shade to dress it down, it becomes a stylish centerpiece adding dimension in a unique way. Team up with an oversized jacket to give an extra edge, and minimal accessories to complete the look.

Step into this slower state of mind and build your spring and summer wardrobe around colours that feel like ease.

Like mother, like style: celebrate her in every way
Style isn’t something you’re born with. It’s something you learn, often without realizing it. From her. The way she throws on a trench coat like it’s effortless. How she always seems to choose just the right scarf. Why she consistently goes for quality over quantity. But it also lives in the moments you shared, long walks filled with stories you still remember, spontaneous trips that stayed with you. This Mother’s Day is about that influence. We celebrate the small things she passed on, the details that shaped your taste, your eye, and your way of living.
