Summer camps for kids: how and what to pack?
An overview of tips & tricks

Summer camps for kids, a win-win for every family. Children are having the time of their lives, making new friends and playing outside all day long, and parents have some well-deserved me-time. But preparing kids for camp can be stressful: what do you need to pack? How can we make sure kids won't wear the same outfit (underwear included) every single day?

1. Outfits for every day & back-up clothes
Chances are pretty high kids will need a clean outfit every day, as camps are usually not the place where trousers or t-shirts stay clean. Packing an outfit for every single day is a must and make sure to add some back-up t-shirts and trousers.

2. Camp Pouches
Kids tend to wear what they like all the time (yes, all the time). So to make sure they don't come home a week later wearing the exact same clothes he or she left in, JBC designed special pouches, for every day of the week. This way kids will easily know wat to wear each day.

3. Swimwear
With a bit of luck, summer camps consist of fun water games or even a visit to a swimming pool. A selection of fashionable and practical swimwear thus is essential.

4. Toiletries
Stating the obvious, but frequently forgotten: toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, brush, sunscreen), in a cute bag, to make sure he/she doesn't forget to shower once in a while... And let's not forget a towel!

All set to go!
Packing clothes and toiletries is of course most essential, but add a personal touch to your little one's suitcase for a guaranteed success: a family picture, his favourite teddy bear, a comic book, ... Ready to go!
