B-Corp Month: certified brands everyone should know

March is B-Corp Month, a time to recognize and applaud businesses that prioritize people and the planet. B-Corp Certification isn’t just a label, it’s a promise to uphold the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. At MMBSY, we’re proud to work with these brands that are leading the way in corporate social responsibility and setting new standards for the industries they operate in.

Double Dutch

Raising the Bar in the Mixer Industry

In 2024, Double Dutch, the mixer brand founded by the Belgian twins Joyce and Raissa de Haas, became B-Corp Certified, with an impressive score of 86.9 (far above the median of 50.9), a distinction unmatched by any other major mixer brand and showcasing their commitment to responsible business practices. Committed to reducing their environmental impact, Double Dutch is a carbon-neutral brand, they have reduced plastic use by 30%, and their bottles are made from 20% recycled glass. They’ve also introduced their beverage range in 100% infinitely recyclable aluminum cans, which have a lower carbon footprint than glass. Beyond environmental efforts, the brand is dedicated to making a positive social impact, with a strong focus on inclusivity.

Through advocacy and sustainable product design, Dopper continuously raises awareness of the environmental damage caused by disposable plastic bottles.
