- 150ml Double Dutch Ginger Ale
- A stick of lemongrass

Instructions
- Pour into an ice filled highball glass: 50ml Gin (preferably spiced, such as Ophir) & 150ml Double Dutch Ginger Ale
- Bash a stick of lemongrass and use to stir together, dropping the lemongrass in as a garnish.
- Add a long slice of fresh ginger to garnish down the side of the glass, then a thin slice of red chilli on top.
