Trend alert: Everyday Luxuries

FW 21/22 - We all need a little luxury, but soon we will gravitate more towards smaller goods, like beautiful lingerie, jewelry or a fancy lipstick. Brands are already looking forward to end-of-year parties with much-needed freedom, glitz and glam. Sequins, bright colors, semi-precious stones, faux furs and metallics should put us all in a dreamy, can-do, is-possible state.

We have this hunger for something new, to wake up in a better world. Thereby we've never longed to go out and show ourselves, as much as we have this past year. It's our time to shine again, let's grab it with both hands. These next MMBSY brands embody the 'Everyday luxuries' trend for FW21/22.


Chantelle

Capturing the spirit of the wild, Chantelle travels to La Camargue in Southern France for FW21 featuring a cast of travelers, dreamers and artists, each with their own unique heritage and story to tell. Like this group of inspiring women, Chantelle is defined by spirit: the meeting point of body and soul.

Chantelle introduces two new shapes, Alto and Waltz. Alto is Chantelle’s new daily line which offers leavers lace in multiple shapes adapted to all forms. Waltz is the touch of refinement, elaborated in a fine and comfortable leavers lace, available in different cuts and colors to meet everyone’s needs. Waltz also comes as an elegant nightdress, easy to wear during the day under an oversized knit or a tailored jacket. Furthermore, Chantelle expands its SoftStretch collection with new additions. The classic SoftStretch bra is reinvented with underwires, for enhanced support. Iconic pieces are revisited with modern and feminine lace.

Cybex

Cybex, the German award-winning brand of baby gear, launches exciting new products for FW21. Starting with the Pallas G, which is the first i-Size 2-in-1 car seat with an impact shield that grows with your child and can be used until about 3 years of age. Cybex has also thought about parents who want to work out with their child nearby. The AVI running carrier and the versatile ZENO multi-sport carrier make it possible to walk, cycle, run and even ski with your child carrier. There is an ideal model for every sports enthusiast.

Also in their range this season is Cybex’s collaboration with DJ Khaled. The American rapper, DJ and producer chose a colorful design inspired by the exotic jungle. Every product carries a ‘We The Best’ logo, referring to the importance of family and Khaled’s hit single. To Khaled, this collection reflects the importance of love and family.

Diamanti Per Tutti

Diamanti Per Tutti is a contemporary Antwerp jewelry brand. Inspired by everlasting lines and shapes, a Diamanti Per Tutti jewel is your everyday companion, never dominating, always making you feel confident, special and pretty. Their jewelry is made from 925 Sterling Silver, gilded with 18 carat pink or yellow gold vermeil or white rhodium, and handset with real and ethically-sourced natural diamonds and beautiful gemstones.

For their FW21-collection they are proud to introduce their collab with Belgian producer, actress and model Lauren Versnick. Her LAUVE-collection launches in September and is inspired by the enigmatic tale of the phoenix, playfully hinting to its wings and claws. Every piece of the collection is named after the important women in Lauren’s life, who influence and inspire her to become the truest version of herself.

Floris van Bommel

Shoe factory ‘van Bommel’ is a prime example of Dutch craftsmanship. The brand has been making luxury men’s and women’s shoes since 1734. Current creative director Floris van Bommel is the 9th generation shoemaker in the ‘van Bommel’ family. In addition to the on trend Floris van Bommel brand (established in 1995), shoe factory ‘van Bommel’ also carries the centuries-old classic men’s brand ‘van Bommel’.

The FW21 collection is a perfect reflection of our need to step out of the house, see others and be seen. The patterns, prints, textures, use of metallics…every shoe is a showstopper and a shoo-in to stand out from the crowd. A craftmanship you can see and feel. In short: everything you expect a Floris van Bommel shoe to be.

Timeless style

The most connected generation in history, today’s youth is determined to find its voice and express itself. Through positive messages about sustainability and tomorrow’s world, the Passionata FW21/22 season presents a bold manifesto for tomorrow. The collection focuses on daily life with Maddie and Marta.

The Maddie line stands for everyday wear, with its delicate floral lace layered on transparent tulle cups. Available in black, white and wild strawberry, this line is the key to seduction this season. Marta too is great for the everyday. The wire-free bra, with its soft touch and plunging neckline, is adorned with a lace basque. The padded bra version will enhance smaller busts thanks to its shaping effect. The half-cup, covered with a floral lace on the front and back, subtly reveals the skin.
