GIMBER Margarita:

Ingredients

30 ml GIMBER N°1 Original
45 ml fresh orange juice
60 ml fresh lime juice
1 tbsp agave syrup or sugar water
Sparkling water
Ice cubes
Lime zest, orange zest and salt for the salt rim

How do you make it?

Place a handful of ice in a cocktail shaker and add the GIMBER N°1 Original, lime juice, orange juice and agave syrup or sugar water.
Shake for 15 seconds.
Pimp your glass: take a squeezed lime and rub it around the rim of the glass. Then dab the rim of the glass in the mixture of lime zest, orange zest and salt.
Put a handful of ice in the glass and pour in the lime and orange mixture. Finish with sparkling water and enjoy!

Ingredients

25ml non-alcoholic vermouth
20ml Rooibos tea (cold brewed)
150ml Double Dutch Ginger Ale
Garnish to taste: orange peel and star anise

How do you make it?

Build the mocktail in a highball glass by adding the vermouth and rooibos tea. Add ice cubes and top with Double Dutch Ginger Ale. Garnish with a piece of orange peel and a star anise for an extra dimension of flavor.
Tip: Let the rooibos steep for 12 hours in the refrigerator for extra flavor.
